My experience was great. I ordered on Friday and the next Friday my flooring got to town. There could have been better communication during that week to keep me from wondering. Thanks guys!

Overall good. I asked for Style No. SW194 I got Style No. HW614 1st one is Jubilee 2nd is Celebration both are same color, width etc. so it worked out in the end EDIT - I do not want to infer that I was sent the wrong product, Shaw is confusing (for me) yet in the end we got the right stuff

In the end, the floor looks fabulous and it was a great deal. Just getting there had a few hiccups with pick ups. Love MSI luxury vinyl.

The price and quality of the hardwood floors is wonderful. It was easy to place my order. I was able to call and speak directly with a representative each time I had a question or concern. The reason I'm rating them a 4 and not a 5 is completely based on their delivery service. It is UPS freight and is delivered CURBSIDE. This was not once explained to me and my driveway is 200 ft up hill. The drive called 30 mins before delivery and asked if we had a forklift to get the material off his truck?! The only reason this delivery ended up being a success is because my contractor, and 2 other friends working on the house were there to unload and cary 1,300 sq ft of material into my house! If you are looking to order a small amount and have a short driveway, the price and quality are worth it. I was very lucky to have the support needed in order to make this a successful delivery.

I purchased wood floor. It was wrong color then I returned it. Make sure you get right color. Mohawk charges a high restocking fee. Otherwise the company was honest and kept their word.

More than 10% bad pieces other than that it was as expected.

Over all great. Shipping was fast and love the flooring. Just a word to the wise though. When picking up your order you NEED to unwrap from the plastic and inspect each box. Otherwise you cannot make a damage claim! There were four boxes that had been hit to hard with the forklift I'm guessing and were damaged. Thankfully I had ordered extra and just had enough to barely finish.

Shipment was short 4 boxes but rectified quickly. Did have to reschedule my install date
