I’ve ordered multiple times from gogo…
I’ve ordered multiple times from gogo meds when re-ordering and continual prescription everything goes as planned. However, if ordering a new prescription it takes weeks. I placed an order two weeks ago my doctor still hasn’t received the request.

Dear Krista, We will check your order but you can ask the physician to send us the script electronically. We ask also, but they always respond quicker to you as their patient. It’s true, the toughest part of the process is usually receiving the prescription, but once we do, we can act quickly. Thanks Ron RPh

Excellent customer service
I had a slight issue with my order from the doctors office not showing up online. I called customer service in reference to the issue. The customer service agent was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Within five minutes, she had the problem solved. I received my prescription within a couple days and the process was painless. Walgreens and CVS could take lessons from Gogomeds excellent customer service.
