order numbers need more info
i love everything about the service with the exception of not being able to tell what is in each order. I recently placed orders for my daughter, husband and me. i couldnt figure out what was what on the website to follow what was on its way and what i still needed to follow up on

Was a little slow going in the…
Was a little slow going in the beginning. Meds had not arrived in mail and were about a day from not having anymore...called and found out the meds had not gotten approval yet. No communication with us on this. There were a couple of other little things and I felt like I had to walk the prescriptions through the steps myself to get them fulfilled.

Dear Victoria, There are times when we are waiting on approval which definitely slows the process. The physician almost always responds quicker to your call as their patient then they do to our call. Hopefully on refills, you find it’s a smooth and easy process. Thanks Ron RPh

Failure of Execution
Poor communication. Takes way too long. Deciding to pay out of pocket for meds that should be “free” because the stress of not knowing if I’m going to get them or not is too much.

Dear Kelley, I’m not sure the issue. The last medication was scheduled for automatic refill on Friday 5/13 and Shipped 5/16, delivered 5/19. While we usually ship in 24 hours, but with late Friday fills, shipping occurs on Monday and is inconvenient at times. We promote allowing 5-10 days for delivery and this came in 6 days from the start point of the order. There are no issues with this specific order from our side, but hopefully for refills the weekend time doesn’t cause a delay. We would love to keep you as a customer. Thanks Ron RPh

Processing time is absurd!
The first communication from GoGoMeds about the refill process was on 4/23. I finally received my refill on 5/18. Customer Service was not helpful. I wish I could get my Rx from another source.

Dear Tiffany, The original prescription came to us with incorrect directions from your physician. After receiving authorization to change to the correct directions, we sent out the medication. I think now that all information is correct, you will find the process for refills exactly like you expect - processed quickly. Thanks Ron RPh

Your company paid for two day air…
Your company paid for two day air delivery, yet UPS took four days for the product to arrive. It's a good thing it was not a medicine I really needed as it was 7 days from the doctor's RX to you before i had the product. Also, I find it interesting that these "Quality" surveys always arrive within the first contact with the customer rather than asking for my experience in 4-6 months after I've had time to know if you continue to have the same delivery issues.

Dear Colonel, You continue to get a survey question so hopefully we are just as fast every day of the year in the future. It’s true, while we cover 2 day shipping for some meds or customers pay for expedited shipping, UPS and FedEx doesn’t always get the job done in 1-2 days. It has been worse over the last 6 months but hopefully both companies get back to great reliability on their times. Thanks Ron RPh
