I do not want this medication refilled. It did not help me. Only gave me nausea after eating. there was only a 3 day notification before it was refilled and was contacted only by email. I did not get a text or call until after it was charged. I would like my card refunded and it would be helpful to reach out for refill by other means than just email instead of only using those means after it is charged.

From the very moment John answered the phone, he was a breath of fresh air. First off, I am incredibly grateful you have reps that have english as their first language! but more so, he was polite, thorough, helpful, courteous and gave me all the information I needed to get set up with this new med. My insurance uses Optum and so grateful to use gogo for this med. Thank you John. I enjoyed our chat and I really do appreciate your fabulous help.

My doctor recommended I should start taking Plenity. I contacted them on line filled everything out but it took 2 weeks for me to get confirmation. Very confusing between GoGo Meds and the product it self. I am very confused on how to take it. I have lots of questions. I would like to talk to others that are on it. This is my 3rd day and I have gained 4lb. I have tried to contact support for two days no one has responded.
