Excellent Customer Service!
Went above and beyond what anyone would expect from customer service. Having problems connecting with Dr.'s office but Jake took matters into his own hands and got the issues straightened out directly with their office. Totally unexpected!

Hi Talmadge, Thank you for your feedback. It appears your order has delivered according to the tracking. I'm sorry for the wait and any worry that caused in the meantime. For future reference, your order shipped with tracking the day after it was placed, and about two weeks before delivery. Once a package leaves our facility, it's in USPS's hands, so we don't have visibility beyond what tracking shows. If something like this comes up again, giving us a call after about a week of no movement is the fastest way for us to help track it down.
