ran out of medication because the pharmacist said the prescription with multiple refills was written incorrectly. Also, did not get notified that there were no refills available.

I did not get any reminders that a refill was due, which I used to get. I had to have my doctor speak to the pharmacist to verify prescription, which she did and noted in my file. But you did not note this, so when I called you had no record of her verification and she had to call your pharmacist AGAIN. This is horrific record keeping and a waste of my doctor's time. I am very disappointed. When I phoned trying to figure out the problem, customer service was not only unhelpful, but rude. UPDATE: A supervisor, Jake, reached out to apologize and I am hopeful that service will improve going forward and am happy to give them another chance.

I ordered a thirty day supply and was sent a 60 day supply. This messed up my checking account by almost $100. The person that took my order appeared to be clear that my order was only for one month. I can't afford more than a thirty day supply. Please don't do this again as I am on a fixed income. My doctor want me on this medication and I trust his judgment.
