Very easy and very informative. Just hate the time from order till complete til shipping.

Since your portal showed my scripts received and order "in process" for over a month and I was running out of my daily meds, I had to call ( a few times )- called my doc twice to ensure the script got to you guys. Was first promised the meds wwould be expedited (shipping) so I'd have them by Mon or latest Tues 5/9. Then got a call back saying none of one of the 2 meds were in stock BUT that I would still have by Tues...got them Thurs in the nick of time so all good! But if you know calling will have clients on hold, the portal s/b accurate. It has not been since I've started w/you guys though. Always says you have my script/order when you don't. Causes unnecessary confusion for both sides.

Go go meds has made having my chronic medications simple to order and get. The automatic refills and the proactive approach you take to ensuring that my prescription refills never run out has been very helpful. I have had you guys filling my prescriptions for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience

Doesn't disclose that they have agreements in place to not fulfill orders from certain providers they do fulfillment for at crazy markups. Doesn't provide any reason for cancelling; just tells you they won't fulfill. Update: I already have contacted customer service after my order was cancelled by them several times... I was informed that they will not fulfill direct a prescription from certain stores/providers as they do not do direct fulfillment for the customers of those providers because of their supplier agreements with them.
