So far I like the product and it seems to help. The initial order was very confusing though. When placed it said it would arrive within 2 days of processing. That just never happened and I wasn't notified of that. I had to call customer service (very nice people) and was told my order was canceled due to product shortage but reordered on my behalf. None of that was communicated after my purchase. I just found out by calling on my own. My account just showed order canceled and left me more confused.

Horrible took to long to send out and never received my order. They offered to get a replacement but they have to use one of my refill ti get the replacement. That is completely wrong. I have done nothing and am getting punished by them having to take one of my refill. Complete and utter nonsence
