Your website still says processing and doesn't say what is happening or why it's still processing. My prior order did the same thing. Even once it shipped, it never said it shipped nor did it provide a shipping date or tracking #

Shipping is very slow.

I have left several messages on both Go Go Meds phone and Primus. My doctor's office gave me a sample of the EpiCeram which I was excited to try. I liked it so they called Go Go Meds to prescribe it and told me I would receive a call from them. No one called me so I called in and spoke to a girl who took my cc info and promised me that my cream would ship out Priority and that I would receive it in a couple of days. I used to live in Northern Ky. and now reside in Florida. It is extremely hot now and the cream was not sent Priority, but 1st Class. Consequently, it took over a week to get here and was delivered on a Saturday, sitting in a mail box that is over 100 degrees for the weekend until I could retrieve it. Had it shipped as promised, PRIORITY, it would have arrived on a week day and this would not have happened. The bottle clearly states that this cream should not be in a temp over 86 degrees. I NEED THIS CREAM right away as my sample is gone! I would like another FRESH bottle shipped to me Priority as the 1st one was supposed to be and a call tag issued for this bottle so it can be returned.

It is a very easy to use service. Great patient care

This was our first GoGo Meds order and we are extremely pleased. it was easy to enroll and the money we will be saving is huge. The hardest part was getting our previous pharmacy to send them our prescriptions and refills', we will not go back to the big pharmacies unless we are forced to. I would encourage every one to give this on line pharmacy a try. what have you got to lose? Thank you GoGo Meds!
