Always treated courteously on…
Always treated courteously on phone,except this order. The young man who took my call,was so nice,helpful,courteous,he deserves to be commended by you! He went out of his way to help me get the correct order and cost breakdown.I'll think of him when i need to reorder. i had no idea customer service mattered to anyone but the consumer.Hold on to this one!.I wish I had written down his name,but I'm sure you know who took this order. It took a long time for Gogo Meds to…
It took a long time for Gogo Meds to fill my prescription. By the time I actuall received my prescription about 2 weeks had past.

I received the cream that was ordered…
I received the cream that was ordered for my son on 1-21-19 on 1-25-19. The package was in a secured box, as a result nothing was damage. I would definitely tell people about GoGo Meds. Talking to the person I contacted to make sure the order was sent from the doctor was a pleasure. The contact person was very pleasant, polite, and very willing to help.

So far so GREAT!
I've only had this product for less than 3 days, but so far the scars from my almost 12 month old are gone. They faded the day after application. I didn't expect the quick turn around! My son's eczema comes mainly with sweat and he scratches mainly because of stress [from not getting his way] this cream is definitely helping his dad and I de-stress!

Simple Process
