Service was quick and efficient. I was told when my prescription would arrive and it did on the exact date. The associate that I spoke with to renew my prescription was friendly, treated me respectfully, and handled my renewal with competence.

This is my first experience with the company and product. When I called regarding the prescription the Customer Service Rep was pleasant and answered my question. The product was shipped and I received the medication sooner than I expected. I have only been using the product a few days so I can't comment on how it works at this time.
Response from GoGoMedsMay 10, 2019
Dear Shoshannah, Thank you for the nice review! We like it that you received the product sooner than expected. Your comment helps explain to others how convenient our online pharmacy is to use. One chain pharmacy announced closing more than 40 stores this week - we hope the convenience of our pharmacy helps accelerate that pace! Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Jill, Thank you for the great review! We want quick delivery to be a key reason people switch to us from the 40 year habit of using a chain pharmacy. We offer the service of an independent pharmacy at the touch of a button on your phone. Thank you for using us. Chris PharmD

Dear JK, Thank you for the great review! That is a nice compliment given their service reputation. “Like Amazon for meds”, I wonder if we can use that as an ad slogan?
