GoGo meds works fine until the refills on your prescriptions run out. Then they simply remove you Rx from "auto refill" to inactive. They never contact you or your doctor . You find out that they don't refill when you run out of your meds. Also their shipping policies are inadequate if quick service is required. When they run you out of meds because they put your RX on " Inactive" for no refills and you call on Saturday morning. You find out the earliest they can get the meds to you is the NEXT TUESDAY! Pricing is good. But putting your meds on "inactive" without telling you or your doctor puts you at risk . Plus their restrictive shipping policies don't allow for mistakes. (theirs , yours or your doctor's) In a day and age where groceries can be delivered to your door in one hour, their shipping policies can take up to 72 hours to get you a necessary RX delivered.

Dear David, 10/21/19 We call the physician when refills are out but we ask the customer to do so also. The physician usually responds quicker to you as their customer than they do to us. It is correct that when a physician office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, we can’t get approval until Monday to be shipped next day to you on Tuesday. When we can handle issues during the week, with the physician available, we can send medication next day air. Service in that case is less than 24 hours and not 72 hours as in a Saturday call. In the future, we may need a pharmacy in every state for quick delivery but for now we are dependent on UPS, USPS and FedEx for our deliveries. We also transfer an active prescription to a local pharmacy for immediate service, usually within 10 minutes. For you, we will try to get approval today quickly, so you can have the medication tomorrow.
