Dear Ray, It doesn’t happen often that we are not able to access a medication because we have 1 primary wholesaler 6 different other wholesalers. Our great pricing sometimes causes a run on a certain product that is in short supply. We will let you know when we have your medication back in stock. Sorry we don’t have access currently. Received an email saying I was charged for order and another email would come with tracking number. Then I get this survey email. So a month after the order I called to inquire where my medication is and it was never sent and they claim I was not charged! The system screwed up big time!

Dear Ron, A TrustPilot review goes out automatically after an order is created. Unfortunately, your doctor never sent a prescription so the order was not processed. You are correct, you will not see a charge on your credit card. Sorry for the misunderstanding but if we ever receive a prescription, we can send the medication. Thanks, Ron RPh
