I was extremely apprehensive about ordering prescriptions on line, specially when GoGoMeds could not find a record of my doctor sending/faxing or emailing the prescription, and when they found the record everything seemed to move fairly fast. But what I found reassuring was the level of the GoGoMeds representatives who guided me through the process, they were helpful, responded to emails, friendly and so professional. In addition I received a notice with a tracking number once my order was processed. Thank you to all the GoGoMeds costumer service representatives as well as the pharmacy staff.

Coordinating with the physician getting the prescription is the toughest part of the process because we may be waiting on them especially with a fax. Our preferred route to obtain the prescription is electronically, by e-script. Thanks for using our service. Ron RPh

Gogomeds is slow to respond to inquiries and hasn’t been reliable to refills or in contacting the doctor. The prescription takes a long time to arrive.

Dear Julia, Thank you for your review. Most of the time the delay is in prescription process or refill authorization by the physician. We contact the physician office as quick as possible but we are not able to control their response time. The quickest turn around is if the physician sends us an electronic prescription. When that occurs, the pharmacist checks are quick and easy, sent right to our automation. Our pharmacy automation is state of the art for speed and accuracy. We will do our best to get your prescription as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delay. Thanks Ron RPh
