I'm grateful to my GoGoMeds representative!
I'm grateful to the kind man who answered my call when my prescription ran out, and I wasn't due to see my doctor for another year. I knew my doctor's office was in the midst of a move to a new location, and I wasn't sure how I'd get a new prescription. But the GoGoMeds rep assured me he'd contact my doctor and have her convey a new prescription, which is exactly what happened. Before I knew it, GoGoMeds emailed me that my new prescription had been received and my meds were being shipped to me. Thank you GoGoMeds!

I ran out of my EpiCeram thinking I had…
I ran out of my EpiCeram thinking I had another bottle on hand. When I realized that wasn't the case, I called GoGoMeds to place an order and asked if they could put a rush on it. They were very helpful and professional and expedited my order immediately. I placed the order on Friday and received my EpiCeram on Monday. The people at GoGoMeds are always knowledgeable and helpful.

very good
very good, but the wait time on calls is way too long- should hire more phone operators.

Dear Leslie, Thank you for the advice. We monitor phone calls and have extra staff during heavy call periods. One such time is during lunch time, EST, which appears to be a heavy call time while customers follow up during their own break at work. We also have a feature where you can immediately leave a message to get a call back - we monitor our response times for those calls and the number per day also. Again, thanks for the advice and we will monitor closely to add people appropriately as we grow. Thanks Ron RPh

A great company to deal with.
I have used GoGoMeds for several years for one of my prescriptions. They are professional, fairly priced, easy to deal with & efficient. I can highly recommend them.

Things got worked out, but there were quite a few problems getting my medication on toon/ auto shipped

Cost efficient, great customer service, very satisfied hoping to door business with them. Wish prescription had more refills. Other then that thank you.
