When an Rx needs to be refilled and you need a new Rx from a doctor, an email should be sent to the consumer to advise. Not everyone is well enough to do it themselves.

I called and placed an order to have 2 bottles of EpiCeram shipped to me since there was a note on my account for y’all to call me yet no one ever did. With the COVID19 outbreak I changed my shipping address from my home to my mother’s since I have been staying with her through this all, yet the package was still sent to my original address. Luckily, I went this weekend last minute to cut the grass and check the mail and the package was still on my steps, but had I not... I don’t know how long the package would have been there. After posting my review and calling GoGo Med pharmacy about this mishap, they are now sending my next Rx free of charge for the inconvenience. I do have to admit that they definitely make things right when things don't go accordingly. I will definitely continue to use them and refer patients to them for their EpiCeram needs, great pricing, and convenient at home shipping.
