multiple issues
Website isn’t user friendly. I tried calling the phone number provided twice. Both times I left a message and never received a call back. I also never received my second prescription.

Mishap Managed!
I accidentally entered in the wrong prescription and the price difference was huge. I'm talking $25 vs $200. I was in a rush and didn't really notice it, and I needed my meds, so I put the order through anyway. A few hours later I got a call from GoGoMeds, and they had figured out the discrepancy and got the correct prescription out to me. I was SO relieved! Thank you so much for your diligence and excellent customer service.

Attentive Service
GoGoMeds resolved availability issues with my original order by first notifying me and then working with my physician to obtain substitute prescriptions. They were quite helpful and delivered promptly.

The rep was professional
The rep was professional, timely and was able to provide the exact delivery date. They delivered at my doorstepHe also was able to get me more for my money by stating that there was another higher dose for the same out of pocket price. Thanks for great service, I will be using them again.
