Transfer of electronic prescription required manual completion. Phone is basically not answered. Email response is fast and answered questions and fixed problems quickly. Shipping took about a week, slow by modern standards. Prices were average.

Dear John, The transfer of a prescription takes some time, documented as pharmacist to pharmacist. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now that we have the prescription, refills will be quicker. Dear James, The processing is usually dependent on obtaining a clean prescription from the physician. After we have that, we typically get the medication out the door in 24-48 hours.
