Excellent service

This used to be a great service, until about mid-2020, as with many other mail order services, that stopped being the case. This also coincided with their software/rebranding change, and I think that likely has more to do with it. My physician constantly faxes, escribes and calls in refills and/or new prescriptions only for the pharmacy to state “they were never received”. They get sent over and over, to the correct numbers and information provided, but yet - they’re never received. I constantly have to call about duplicated prescriptions, inaccurate prescriptions, and unfilled prescriptions. Customer service is very hit and miss, wait times are long, and call-back’s take several days. I often end up having to pay out of pocket for what should be free medications, or have to pay for partial prescriptions that have to be picked up at other pharmacies because RXnGo/gogomeds can’t seem to fill mine on time or accurately. Customer service has no answer for why this continues to happen, and is not very sympathetic, or kind for that matter. They offer no assistance in fixing it, either. All in all, if it doesn’t change soon, I’ll be forced to get my medications elsewhere and have to choose which ones are most important because I can’t afford the copays for all of them and my insurance only covers them completely if through gogomeds/RXnGo.

Found Go-Go Meds online and was impressed with their pricing. Entered a request for a med, and the name of my doc for them to request the script. Nice of them to do that! Go-Go meds contacted me within a week to say that they'd contacted my doctor for the script and the doc said, "Nope, she hasn't seen me in a while. No script until she comes in for an appt." Ugh. It's another 4 weeks before I can get an appt. with the doc. (Not Go-Go Meds fault) Finally see the doc, get the script and send it to Go-Go Meds. From that point onward, it took nearly 4 more weeks to actually receive the med. Thank goodness it wasn't a critical item! I've had no experience getting a med very quickly from this source, so maybe I won't try to with anything time-sensitive. Otherwise, their customer service was good and price was good. The med I ordered was the one I received.

Amazed to see that the price of my prescription actually DROPPED $3, even though the previous price was the lowest I could find online. Free shipping is always appreciated. Ordering couldn't have been easier.

Quick and easy to use

You have the best possible prices on some medications. Your ordering process is enough to make me pull my hair out. Third time in a row, I've had an Rx set to auto-refill. I get a message saying that the order was created. When I look at it, it shows that it's not processing. I send an email, no reply for several days. I call, and someone tells me once again "there was a setting I changed so that it will go through automatically from now on." I don't believe her. That's what I've been told three times now. And that phone call was last Friday. Today (Thursday) I receive a text that my CC has been charged. Why did it take a week? You have terrible, terrible work flows and processes in your company. Do something - anything - to show that you care about the customer experience and fix this problem.
