Once my Dr. and I worked thru the process of going here for the meds, all went fast and well. I seem's there needs to be a little more info about steps required to get started with gogo meds. My Dr. hadn't gone thru gogo meds for any prescriptions, so it was new to her, and also new to me. I like the website however, now that I'm familiar with it, and my order got processed quickly and came fast.

I don’t feel the meds are very effective. I follow all the instructions and I don’t think it has preformed to its purpose. I drink over 100 oz of water a day and I exercise (weightlifting) 4-5 times a week. I felt this as well as the product would help. It has not, it is also disappointing because I feel like I just burned 250.00. I would not recommend to family, friends or even strangers.

The process to receive Plenity through GoGo Meds (starting on 2/28/22) has been challenging. I experienced several glitches within the ordering system which caused delays in the processing of my shipment. First, the system could not find the prescription that my provider sent. The person I spoke with set up an account for me so that when it did come through, they could expedite things. Two days later, still no updates, so I called as instructed. I was told that the prescription was received, but needed to be reviewed. Then, I received a text notification to view my quote on the website, but the system did not recognize my information. I had to call a third time to have the order put in over the phone. That staff member told me she had to merge my accounts because my name was misspelled in the system creating a separate account. After that I kept receiving text notifications to look at my quote, which I could now view, but there were no patients in the dropdown even if I wanted to order. Because I was unsure if everything was completed, I called a fourth time but had to leave a message. The return caller said that there were issues with merging my accounts and that I should not receive anymore prompts to view my quote and my order should be shipped today (3/8/22). So far, no shipping notifications, but it is early in the morning. Fingers crossed. This experience leaves me wondering how many customers GoGo Meds has lost because they just gave up. Normally, all of my medications are provided by my employer health plan using specific enterprise pharmacies. This particular medication, however is only provided through GoGo Meds, so I had to use them to get it. I am now even more appreciative of our enterprise outpatient pharmacy staff and the streamlined process they have created.

I just started them. I can’t tell if they are working yet. It’s too soon to tell.

I am very happy to find out how I am to react to the medicine. This medicine has no addictive ingredients. It makes me feel good. It really curves my appetite which is good.
