Dissapointed in the service
Trying to get in touch with GoGoMeds about an order is next to impossible. They never answer the phone. Email messages take days to receive a reply. Order processing was very very slow. Provider was unable to find them in escribe. Overall, quite disappointed in the service. I'm only using it because it's the only option I have for some acne medications. Otherwise, I would not use this service, nor recommend.

Slow shipping but accurate delivery
Order arrived but in this day and age of quick delivery I felt like this was super slow. From the time my doctor prescribed me something to when it arrived was a week and a half. You would have to do automatic shipments or else you’d have to remember to order 2 weeks before you need something. But as I said…order arrived so that was a success. Packaging was fantastic.

So easy!
Once the doctor sent the order (which took less than a minute), the process was SO smooth and easy! I love easy - and I love Free and reduced prices! Can't beat that!

Long delays and terrible support
Long delays, lack of coordination, support is never available to answer phone calls. Send them a prescription today and maybe - just maybe - a week from now they will realize they have it. They also don’t accept insurance or coupons of any kind which may not even be legal in the US.
