GoGo Meds is the greatest service for prescriptions. It is great having all my prescriptions deliver to me, on time, before I run out. I am also notified when I have no refills left, and they will reach out to the doctor first to get it refilled for me.

I needed Meds, asked for express shipping took 2 weeks to process!!! Had to have someone forward meds to new address. Good luck..

Super easy registration with phone!

I can really only speak on the process of receiving the product. I haven't had the product long enough to really give it a review. However, the process of ordering and receiving the product was super easy and came very quickly.

I was having a problem getting signed up and adding scripts but Michelle stayed on the line with me (which must have been about 30 minutes) until all of my information was entered and my order was processed successfully. She is a patient and very helpful lady :-)

I put my prescription on hold and the process to activate it was seamless. Customer service was courteous and knowledgeable.

I was excited but nervous to start the program, however, I am feeling great and it has helped me control my appetite. Thanks for a great product. A coupon for re-order would be nice though!

Delivery of the product was great and there was good communication for when it would arrive. I am disappointed that the individual pods are not somehow recyclable. Maybe one could stack them up so they are large enough not to fall through the recycling equipment? Also, I don't like that the community is strictly in Facebook since I avoid most social media. I'm not liking the app, either. I am only on the 2nd week of the program, but I do like that I have to plan for food.
