The customer service was excellent. They realized due to the size of the script that they were for a child, despite the fact that I ordered adult goggles. They made adjustments to the order to fit my needs without forcing me to cancel and reorder. I highly recommend them.

I'm satisfied thus far with my Goggles, although I'm stressed about them not having scratch-resistant options for sunglasses at my prescription level and decided to just go with a relatively cheap option. Some water still gets in but all in all they fit snug and well around my eyes! I'm happy with them and hope to use them more soon, and maybe tweak the adjustments of the strap/nose piece size etc to see if I can get them to not let in water but mainly I think they fit as well as I could've hoped!

Called customer support to confirm if I had filled out the order form correctly. The person I talked to was less than helpful. Called back when the web sight stopped my progress in completing the form. The customer service rep. didn"t try to help, but confirmed my phone number and told me that someone would get right back to me to give assistance. 30 hours later and still no call. No worries though... I finally made it through the ordering process. Next day I am trying to log in or create an account for a status update. No luck with this effort. This is a very cumbersome way to communicate with a company and intern, communicate with your customers, you know, the ones who are providing you with business/$.

This is my go to website for purchasing prescription swim goggles for my children. This is where great quality meets great price. I have purchased from GogglesNMore 3 separate times and have been impressed with my purchase every single time. Can not recommend enough!

The online customization process is very easy. I was excited I got the same prescription needed, just like you would get purchasing a pair of glasses. I was able to indvidulized the needs/correction level for each eye. Customer service gave both email and text reminders to upload the my precription. I'm just waiting to see if the prescription googles will arive on time and correctly made.
