Great company

I was able to place my order but had a little difficulty navigating parts of the site. Otherwise, I was pleased with the different lens options for my goggle inserts and look forward to receiving my order. If they work as well as I'm hoping, I will be giving 5 stars!

I have not received my goggles yet, but the representative who assisted me with my order was so helpful. She spent more than an hour with me helping me to get the right goggles and prescription lenses.

This is my second time using GoggleNMore to buy glasses for our son. The prices are very competitive and more importantly they have the type of glasses that can stand up to the abuse our son gives them in sports. Easy to work with and purchase.

I ordered the goggles and the nose piece was too short, allowing water to leak in pretty quickly. They said other size nose pieces were in the box. I had not seen them, but claimed I must had missed it. They charged me $15 to send a new selection of nose pieces, but when the package arrived, it was the rubber strap that holds the googles to your head. I brought this to their attention, with the notion to RUSH what I needed to me. They said they would look into it three days ago, no more communication. It is to the point that I can't claim I have received good customer service. I certainly would not recommend them to a friend. Swimming season is now wrapping up and even though I've had the googles for over six weeks, I still can't use them. And Googlesnmore is in no hurry to help...
