Quick easy good quality reasonable price

Terrific product and great service! For me, the prescription insert worked better than wearing contact lenses. NO issues, perfect vision while snorkeling. Highly reommended!

I ordered a three way convertible glasses/goggles for use in my health club. Due to the high prescription strength of the lens, this was the only company that could make the glasses. I received the glasses within several weeks after going back and forth regarding which frames would be suitable for the prescription. There were no instructions for how to change the earpiece to a strap, or how to attach the rubber insert to the frame. To make a long story short, the earpiece broke and I contacted Customer Service about a replacement under the warranty.After more back and forth e-mails, they are now in the process of replacing the glasses/goggles. The problem with Customer Service is that the representatives cannot resolve any issues/problems. They refer any inquiries to the Department that handles that particular issue through e-mail, which takes several days. My issue from initial request for a pair of goggles took almost a month. I would have liked to have the Customer Service rep resolve the issue and not have me wait several days for a response. If you have lots of time and do not mind waiting for an extended period of time, you should consider this company. For the amount of money I spent ($256.00), I expect better coordination from this company.

Had what I was looking for, website easy to use.

First let me say the goggles prescription is perfect. I can see very well with them and they fit nicely. The problem is that they fog terribly! I used the included anti-fog cloth, as recommended, and they still fog. Next I tried "quick spit", a product that has worked on all my non-prescription goggles but even that couldn't keep the fog away. Would love to be able to wear these while swimming laps but they fog up about 30 seconds after putting them on and stay that way no matter how many times I rinse. I've given up on them and have gone back to my old step diopter goggles, at least I can sorta see with them. Very disappointed!
