The company website is great because it allows you to get difficult to find items. However, the ordering process is not difficult, but it would be better if you could simply check one box if you do not need any lenses put in the frames.

The email from Goggles n More said free shipping for orders greater than a certain amount. I selected the goggles I wanted and entered the prescription for the prescription goggles I was ordering. This took more than a day, because I needed to check the pupilary distance with my optometrist. The goggles came out to more than $350, which is far more than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping. Then I went to the Next Step which was payment. I paid, and as it was confirming, a charge of $9.95 for shipping flashed by on the screen. It wouldn’t let me go back; the transaction was completed. So I phoned in to correct the shipping amount, and the woman said, Oh you forgot to enter the Promo Code for free shipping. I told her I thought it was a scam to trick people into paying for shipping by requiring a separate Promo Code when clearly my order qualified for free shipping based on the large number of dollars expended. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked to talk to someone who can fix it. She checked my phone number and said they will call you today. They did not call me today or yesterday.

The best place for far sighted goggles! I have ordered here multiple times without issue. My kids can finally see when swimming. Thanks for all you do - and keeping it relatively affordable
