Awesome product!
I found this site online just surfing the web. Will be using them from now on to purchase my prescription goggles. I can actually see the bottom of the pool.

Nice product, slow shipping, hard returns.
The product is great. I ordered though and it took weeks to get here. Two days after getting the googles the doctor changed my 4 year olds prescription and I was hoping for a better understanding company on returns. After paying for googles and return shipping and then shipping back to me I am going to have over $50 in a $20 pair of googles. Wish I would have realized the return policy beforehand.

I must say the service was prompt and I received the glasses, however, they were the wrong color. I order baseball black /yellow and what arrived were black/orange ... I do not love the wrong color
I ordered the baseball frame with black and yellow however I received the black frame with orange… I do not like the color combination I received however I feared I would knock at the classes back in time for Christmas and they were gift so I had the lenses put in the wrong one and decided to live with them. Can't say I was Thrilled with the error but I knew I couldn't get a real person to correct the mistake -

Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback. There appears to be some misunderstanding as we do not actually carry the goggles you have ordered in black/yellow; in fact, we are not aware of this color combination in existence for this specific model anywhere. We do however, carry the color you have ordered (http://www.gogglesnmore.com/rec-specs-maxx-20-51-baseball-black/). If you wish to return the goggles (provided they have not be used and are in their original condition with case and all included accessories) in accordance with our stated returns policy (http://www.gogglesnmore.com/returns-exchange-warranty-policies/), please email us or call us. Either way a real person will get back to you. Thank you for your attention. Your sincerely, The GogglesNMore Team
