We ordered the prescription goggles for our 4 year old son. He wears glasses and was having trouble transitioning to goggles without any correction in the pool. We also wanted something tinted with prescription lenses. He has been wearing these goggles for the last 4 weeks and loves them. He even wears them to watch the movie in the waiting area before swim lessons.

Thats what i call customer service. From the start i was helped and guided. The goods arrived very quickly. The ski inserts i ordered where just what i have envisioned and better. They fitted perfectly in my child's ski mask. I will definetely recommend.

The order took time to process and receive; however, my son's prescription is not the average one. The customer service was outstanding and the quality of the specs are excellent. I would highly recommend to any parent with children in sports. Not to mention, my picky senior boy loves them!

Placed order online. No indication that product ships from Hong Kong. No delivery for 3 weeks. New order placed, scheduled to be sent to another customer not me! Still no word on when to expect the lenses ordered nearly one month ago. Avoid!!!

Jeff, First up, we apologize for the longer than usual wait caused by postal delays as indicated by delivery update on www.usps.com for your parcel. Your order of custom-made goggles insert was actually sent within 3 days of you placing your order (you should have received a notification email with your parcel's tracking number on February 2 (if not check your junk mail filter). Unfortunately, it appears your item is still being processed by USPS, most probably stemming from delays/disruptions caused by severe weather conditions earlier in the month. As per your online conversation with one of our customer service representatives, we are already in the process of making a replacement for you, which will be sent via express shipping at our expense. We are treating your parcel as "lost in transit, even though most likely it will turn up at some point from our experience. We also acknowledge there was a system generated error with the new/replacement order that we have placed for you but it has since been rectified. An email notification had been sent to you advising you of this with the new order number and corrected order details (please check your junk mail filter). Regarding location of shipments, FYI, we have stated that most goods are shipped out of our logistics center in Hong Kong in no uncertain terms on our shipping info page (http://www.gogglesnmore.com/shipping-info/). We have also stated upfront very conservative delivery lead-time estimates (most of the time custom-made items are delivered within 2 weeks or so after being posted) on our shipping info page/website specifically in case of postal delays like this (while rare they do happen on occasions). We appreciate that you are unhappy and frankly we too are very frustrated since the delay resulted from reasons outside of our control but we have already assured you previously that we are doing everything in our power to send you a replacement using the quickest method of shipment possible and rest assured we stick by our word. These are my first-ever Rx goggles, and I LOVE them...so wish I had made the investment years ago. The product arrived on time, and was packaged very well. The online ordering was user friendly, too. The goggles fit perfectly, and I love they provided four nose straps to alter the fit of the goggles as needed; and, the hard case they arrived is is wonderful for storing/protecting them from damage in my swim bag. I highly recommend this product and company to anyone looking for quality, comfortable, Rx swim goggles.
