Inserts do not work and you refuse to accept responsibility for it. Your reply is devious and you left out that I have several pair of eyeglasses with the same RX as the one you supplied and they work perfectly. The first optometrist I went to was Wal-Mart and they said the lenses you made were off a little bit. The second one was a real eye Dr. and he said they were off a lot, Plus the clear frame causes light to be reflected into my eyes and blurs vision and the extreme curvature of the insert frame causes what optometrists call a fish bowl effect which causes double vision and dizziness, exactly what I told you they do. so that's the reason they do not work as you promised they would. I also told you several times, 20, emails in fact, that I am not paying for return postage for a defective product. You said you cannot use them, so why do you even demand I pay to send something back that will be thrown in the trash? I also asked you many times to send a return label and I would send them back and you refused. I already paid 2 different Drs. to check them, so I am out that $25 also. Why do you think you are not responsible for your defective product and that I should be and pay more money to have something defective. Your policies are only to suit you and to rip off customers. You are rip offs, I hope no one else does business with you and loses their money and considerable time also.

Fit is not good, pulls up on my daughters nose and the brow portion of the glasses push the glasses up and out.
