While I ordered my goggle inserts on Dec11, they did not arrive until Jan. 2. I understand with the timing of the holidays. I am a ski instructor and need to lift my goggles to see my phone and to write notes without correction on my eyes. Unfortunately, my optician overprescribed me. I am unable to use my goggle inserts due to this overprescription: my depth perception is off. I now have a a Dr. redo prescription and would like to return my inserts to have new lenses made. How do I do this?

I love the goggle inserts. It's well worth the money to be able to see clearly while skiing. Shipping went as advertised and I am very pleased with the product and service.
