Online chat service was very helpful. Answered my questions efficiently and satisfactorily. The script in the left lens for my goggle inset does not seem to be quite right, but overall the product works great. It was a pleasure not wearing glasses under my goggles.

attempts to order on line were a little difficult, but the telephone customer service was amazing to say the least

The site is easy to use and the glasses came quickly. They are exactly as described. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for affordable glasses. Thank you!

In the end they got it right. Excellent customer service. Had some initial fit issues for my Smith I/O goggles, but they found my size. All good! Very pleased.

I bought the type 4 inserts that is supposed to fit most goggles. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit into my Smith I/O ones. It does fit into another pair of my goggles (Bolle). The lenses correct my sight just like my normal prescription glasses but I feel that they cause some optical distortion, as they are rounded to fit into the shape of the ski goggles. Took a couple of runs to get used to that. There is also quite a bit of chromatic aberration (colour fringing) going on in the lower part of the glasses. Even though I didn’t get the anti-fogging option they rarely started fogging up. The contact I had with the customer service was very professional and helpful! Considering all I’m giving a strong 3-star review with the downsides being that the inserts don’t fit into my preferred Smith I/O goggles and the optics not being completely up to my expectations. I would still recommend the product but I think there is also room for improvement!

An excellent company to do business with. Ive been a very happy customer for 3 years now with absolutely no complaints, returns or problems. Quick and accurate every time. Pleasure to do business with. Gary

Great service

I had no problem with the site, but, I found the inserts unwearable. First, the prescription was wrong. I included a picture of the prescription from the dr. But the result did not match my glasses. Maybe I filled in the information wrong. Probably because the prescription was off or maybe because of the shape of the inserts, I felt dizzy every time I tried to use them. Not helpful for a first time skier. I ended up taking them out and putting them in a pocket while on the slopes. Somehow, I lost them (totally my fault), and I’m left having to figure out what to do next. 😣
