I was hopeful these would be long lasting for our son but after about three weeks they are broken from normal 11 year old wear. The side pieces are actually two parts that lead into the temple curve. The red part broke so my son continues to wear them with only half the side piece until we can order new ones from somewhere else. I spoke with customer service and am awaiting a reply as it has been two weeks since received.

The goggle inserts are just what I needed - no more relying on contacts with my mountain biking goggles. While the "Type 1 (Medium)" size fit well in my 100% goggles, I would be curious to check out the Type 2 or even Type 4 larger fit (only for the potential of a wider visual field). With that said, I am quite happy with my purchase - would recommend.
