The address of this e-commerce is an apartment building in Miami. My goggle insert was delivered in a package came from Hong Kong. My local eyecare can't fit lenses in the insert, so I called GogglesNMore for suggestion. They put me on hold several times and eventually just hung up on me.

Inserts fit well into Smith I/O snowboarding goggles. Will take a little getting used to seeing the rim of the insert but I'm sure it will be like wearing glasses. Would recommend to others!

Good customer service. Googles I bought broke after using them within minutes. However GogglesNMore were very prompt in providing a refund. Really was hoping the googles would be more durable than they were.

Had a great experience. I pick size of goggles that matched my daughter's current regular glasses. Staff contacted me to advise the next size up and gave me an explanation why. Only negative was while I confirmed I was good with going up a size, they also called a few days later wanting my response which already gave via messaging. But overall great experience. My daughter has worn the glasses over her normal.
