I wasnt aware that the goggles were coming from Taiwan. It took a longtime.to receive them.

The goggles took a full 3 1/2 weeks to get. I thought the base price was great, but the cost of lenses and all really added up. My 6 year old son can now see when he is swimming, which was the entire reason for getting them. I hope he can use them until his eyes change to much too use them.

I received my Rx ski goggle insert in time for our annual ski vacation. When I first flexed the "fingers" to put it into my goggles, one of them snapped off. Thankfully, the insert was still functional and worked great during my ski trip. I contacted GogglesNMore about this failure and provided a picture of the damage. They promptly had a new frame expedited to me in less than 2 weeks from Asia. They also provided good instructions on how to switch the lenses to the new frame and I was able to make the swap with no issues. I understand that manufacturing quality control issues can occur without warning. But GogglesNMore responded quickly and corrected the problem. I would not hesitate buying from them again, even with the initial frame defect.

I am very pleased with GogglesNMore. I bought a pair of prescription swimming goggles which was promptly delivered. Unfortunately it didn’t fit well. I called Customer service to explain what happened and a new pair, a replacement, was made and delivered pretty fast.

I bought the eyeglass insert for goggles before my last boarding trip to Aspen. The were FANTASTIC! I bought simply the insert - type 1 ($25) and got my local eyeglass provider to put in lens ($150). I also bought the goggles that they recommended as a match for my insert to guarantee the fit (rather than try to fit it in my current goggle). I can tell you that the experience was PHENOMENAL. I can now see, without my eyeglass being pushed into my face by my goggles (i used those goggles that allowed for eyeglasses, and they still hurt). Finally, after 10 years, I can board in comfort and able to see clearly. Should have done this a LONG time ago. I give it 5/5 stars. The paper cut out to see if they fit your current goggles are almost useless, so prepare to buy another pair of goggles if they don't fit.
