Really great customer service
Really great customer service. Great goggles, they do leak a tiny bit but I think that is because of the thickness of the prescription. Great color and style.

Still don't have my order
I ordered from Gogglesnmore on May 9th, a shipping confirmation, for my son's prescription goggles, was sent to me on May 18th and the last tracking information I received was on May 25th. When I purchased the goggles I did not realize they were coming from China. I would not have ordered them had I known this. I reached out to Customer Service and all they told me was that it can take up to 35 days (NOT including weekends and holidays) to receive my purchase! Really? That puts me in the mid-late July! I will never purchase from this company again.

We can't identify your order in lieu of your details but it appears you may have selected our free sea freight option instead of our DHL express delivery option. Please note the origin of our shipments along with production and delivery lead-times are stated on our website (https://www.gogglesnmore.com/shipping-info-production-dispatch-delivery/) and are also repeated on your order confirmation email and during checkout, FYI. As for delivery tracking, we have noticed that at times it doesn't get updated in real-time with all the craziness that's going on around global shipping but from our recent experience, we believe you parcel is still en-route to you. First time order
The best place to order from! I called customer service to order and they were more than helpful. I would order again! When we got them my son said he could see the rings in the water!!

I finally received my glasses
I finally received my glasses - delay due to the current Covid situation but they are perfect. This is the third pair I've ordered from gogglesnmore and have not been disappointed so far. Prescription and everything that I asked for has been complied with.

Excellent follow through on a lost order
I ordered prescription goggles in March. 3-4 weeks later they had not arrived. I contacted gogglesnmore and they indicated mail delays due to Covid were the issue. Two weeks later they still did not arrive and tracking indicated they never moved from Hong Kong in 5 weeks. Gogglesnmore sent a new pair via DHL and I got them within a week or so. I haven’t had a chance to wear them, but if the product is as good as their customer service, (they set the bar really high) I’m in good shape for a while having an excellent product. Thank you for doing a great job.

Nice product, customer service is great!
We received the sports goggles timely and in great condition. Nice case and prescription was accurate. Unfortunately, The goggles didn’t fit my daughter well - was a bit uncomfortable pulling in the nose. We decided to return. Goggles and more team were very accommodating offering to help and exchange for other item. We ended up returning the goggles per instructions on the site and communication was excellent during that process. Would work with this team again, great support.
