I have to say they went above and beyond for us. The shipping was taking longer because of Covid and we were afraid we wouldn’t get my 6yr old sons prescription goggles in time for snorkeling on vacation. They expedited us another pair and we let us keep the first ones when they came in. My son loves his goggles. He can see under the water for the first time! He was amazed with what he could see.

These work great I use mine for Paintball. No issues with the product! The Rx matches my glasses perfectly. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is shipping issues and customer service delays. I have and will continue to recommend these to my friends in the sport of paintball.

The first day my son wore his googles to football practice, the black silicone padding on one side broke. I emailed the company and they sent a replacement silicone padding and before that one replacement could come in, the other side’s silicone padding broke. Meanwhile, at one of his games, one of the lens popped out. Luckily, this time we found it and my husband popped it back in. But the other day, the lens popped out again during a practice and we have no idea where it is! These have been the most frustrating pair of sports goggles! This was is first experience with buying sports goggles and is by far the worst! So now we have a pair of sports goggles that we paid almost $200 for that the silicone padding keeps breaking in with only one lens! We need a solution to these problems ASAP! On-line support before I placed my order was excellent. I received good advice from staff optometrists promptly. The goggles came exactly on the time frame promised. I have now used them for lake swimming, and they were terrific. Very pleased with my experience and the product.
