The service was good overall. I had to call as the communication on the website read "In process" for almost 2 weeks. This tells the customer nothing. More descriptive information should be provided. This was a nearly $300 order. The product was a prescription incert for ski goggles. It works well enough that I don't need to wear glasses when skiing anymore. Fogging is still there but is reduced and my helmet doesn't press on my ears anymore. I asked for progressive bifocals. The bifocal part of the lenses is less than 1/5 at the bottom of the lenses. It is barely usable. Other online retailers like Zenni and Warby ask how much of the lenses I want to be bifocal, like 1/2 or 1/3. 8/10 would buy again.

I bought google inserts for my 9 year old. We ski often and her vision is extremely compromised in one eye. What a relief! they fit will inside her Smith Daredevil goggles and she finds them comfortable and helpful. Thank you gogglesnmore!

Not the first time I've ordered ski goggle inserts from GogglesNMore. Been satisfied each time. So nice to see all the branches on the trees. Actually much easier to see in flat light with the inserts. And much more comfortable than glasses and goggles.

I appreciated that they were very attentive to getting my prescriptions correct and providing two pairs of swim goggles. The googles fog up after about 20 minutes of swimming after using an anti-fog spray. It took about three weeks to deliver the goggles. I needed to remind them about including my free bike lantern gift. They never delivered it and it has now been about three weeks since I received my goggles.

Absolutely top quality customer service. When considering a pair of prescription glasses / inserts Brian recommended single distance. He said most customers prefer that. Because I need to write reports on the mountain, I opted for bifocals. BIG mistake. My mistake. When I contacted Brian and Amy to order a new set of single distance lenses, they were all over it in a flash. I cannot say enough good things about the service.

Great product. Receive glasses sooner than expected. When our 4year old was Rx to wear glasses for a very high hypermetropia, we bought him a very expensive well known brand but he refused to wear them. He was very unconftable wearing them and the glass was so thick that it touched his eyelids. As soon as he put on his new GogglesNMore glasses, he did not want to remove them! He loves them. The prescription came perfect, and we are very happy that he his finally wearing his glasses all the time as he should. 100% recommended.
