I just ordered prescription goggles for my child last night. I’ve already received at least 5 auto generated emails thanking me for my order and such. The latest email has asked me to review their product here. Given that I haven’t yet received the goggles I can’t write a review in regards to the product itself yet. This company is very on top of sending many emails as soon as an order is placed. Hopefully the goggles will be wonderful.

My 5 year old daughter has very poor vision. As we were doing swimming lessons, she was having a hard time learning because without her glasses all she could see were big blurs. GogglesNMore fixed our problem easily and she can't wait to get in the water AND be able to see. They seem like they're good quality, came quickly, and have a hard case that came with it (with small holes in the bottom so the water can escape after swimming). So far we couldn't be more pleased. I do wish that they weren't SO expensive (I know that my daughter's prescription most likely will change in about a year and it was hard paying that much money for something that may not last us a while). But I'm hoping it will cost less to just change out the lenses.

Absolutely love my son's glasses! 💙 This is the pair he went the longest without breaking. They fit his face, so light weight, and comfortable.

1- The web site not user friendly. 2- The lenses power were not accurate. 3- I have been charged twice for my order, so I have reported that as fraud in my bank that led to stop my credit card and right now I am waiting for the new one to be sent. Right now I can’t do any online shopping and I have to update my credit card information everywhere. 4- There was no tracking link on the order confirmation email. 5- I spent about an hour waiting on the customer support phone.

As per our previous communication to you, you have not been charged twice (one was a failed transaction as shown in PayPal) and we are already in the process of making a new pair of Rx goggles for you to your new prescription. I purchased my son's first pair of RX swim goggles and they have been great! He's had them for 2 years and I've never had an issue with them. They have perfect when he needs them in the pool, at the water park and at the beach. The transition lens get dark enough in the South FL sun to protect his eyes. I just purchased a new pair because he's growing and I expect the same quality as we've had these past 2 years. Highly recommend!
