Marshall, the agent that looked after me, was superb. Not only did he get back to me by return after every e-mail exchange, but I am in Thailand so bear the huge time difference involved. Not only that but it was over a weekend. Dedication to duty which I love.

It is so easy to work with Marshall Grey... he instinctively understands my needs and is able to provide the services that work for us. Will continue contact him for all future overseas travels. Thank you Marshall. Anat Unruh/Guy Rowely

Ivan Cole has booked us two trips to Thailand. He was easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Representative Ivan Cole was very responsive and prompt regarding our ticketing request. He presented several options and researched all of the possibilities that we requested. He found us great business class seats on the route we requested, the airline we wanted, at the times that were best for our trip — all at a great price. We are grateful for Ivan’s service.

The vacation I chose was a difficult air-fare journey. Marshall Grey was extremely helpful and patience I gave him quite a challenge. I'm very pleased and will use him again
