Agent allegedly got us a good price on Business Class/Premium Economy roundtrip flights from JFK to Barcelona. When we got to check in at Barcelona, the gate agent would not let us get our Business Class tickets, because the booking included an unwanted trip the next day from Miami to Kingston. The person who sold us the tickets booked an illegal fare by including the trip to Kingston.

There was little time to plan for a dream trip that suddenly came to me. Percy took the reins and found terrific flights completely taking away my stress of navigating which airline, timing, and best days to travel. I cannot state what a great company (especially Percy) is to work with.
