So they had said I would be picked up at baggage claim my name would be on a tag and a person would help me get my luggage to the car. Sounds great right nope that’s not what happened. Received several texts. Tell me when you get your baggage I’m out front, best part is I had to keep texting to see where my person was. It’s just a normal Uber who couldn’t even help me lift my suitcase . She was a nice lady but I over paid for it what I thought was a car rental Taxi nope just an over paid Uber contacted the company And they said they couldn’t help me

I arranged for the driver to meet us at Port Canaveral at 7am on Sunday April 14. The driver text me at 6:32am asking me when we would be ready. I assumed he was at the Port waiting for us to disembark. At 6:44am, I messaged him and said we were ready. He told me that he would be there at 7:19am. He arrived at 7:25am. I had arranged this transportation as we had an early flight and I did not want to be late or rushed. Then when he arrived, the Port Authority started to question him whether he had the correct documentation to be providing this service. He could not discuss this issue with them and the Port Authority was not going to let him take us from the Port. I spoke up and explained that I had arranged through Fast Pass but they were not familiar with your services. They eventually let us leave, but setting us back even further getting to the airport. I contacted your company because I wanted a reliable service that would have no issues and this is not what I received. I am very disappointed with the entire experience.

Elizabeth was wonderful as she & I kept texting so she could find us at the airport for p/u. Helped us w our bags & a great driver in busy traffic. Would book with this co. again.

Everything went as planned. Great communication. Kept us informed. Our plane was late they assured me our ride would be there. Great friendly driver.

Driver communications - Although we were ready earlier than schedule he was there immediately! Car was clean and driver was very professional . Highly recommend this service.
