Our driver was on time and did a great job getting us to the port safely!

Our driver Caio (Kyle) Modelli. Picked us up at baggage claim. He was very nice. We had good conversations on the way to the cruise port.

They charged me $322.70 for a ride that never happened, then made up a phone call to keep the money. I booked a ride from Gainesville to Orlando International Airport and paid $322.70 up front. My confirmation listed a 4:32 PM start time, four minutes after payment, with no mention of any wait. Right after they took my money, I got a notice that the driver wouldn't arrive for 3 hours. We cancelled immediately. No driver showed up and no ride was provided. FastPass refused any refund. They claimed they had called us and that we agreed by phone to wait 3 hours, so they're treating it as a "no-show." No such call ever happened. I've asked them for the call record. They say all their drivers come from Orlando, but the booking site happily takes payment for pickups 200 miles away and shows an immediate start time. Be very careful booking with this company, especially last minute or outside Orlando. I'm disputing the charge and will be reporting them to the Florida Attorney General.

Great driver kept us all updated we were late through immigration and they sorted this all out for us. Extremely happy with service received would use/recommend again. Booking was in my wife’s name Agnes Morrison
