Perfect and seamless
Perfect and seamless! Our driver was in constant communication as soon as we landed and we waited no longer than 5 minutes to be picked up at the airport! Charming driver and very personable! We were delivered safely to our hotel. Thank you Mayara!

The overall experience was good
The overall experience was good. There wss a mis with the driver as we didn't see one another. The pick up took place at 4:45 we arrive at our location at about 5:35 due to traffic. If our Driver had a previous booking the Van was not checked and wipe down as dirt was visible and an open empty bottle in the door and one on the floor. Thank you for the safe delivery to our distination.

Hello Carol, thank you for your honest review and for choosing us to transport your group. All vehicles are evaluated for each service, but perhaps our operational team failed to remove the water bottle from the previous service. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for trusting our company and our services. Until next time! You can always count on us.
