Elizabeth was great
Elizabeth was great. She showed up early and text us to let us know that she was downstairs. Very calm and demure. Drove safely and got us to the Port of Canaveral. Would recommend Gofastpass.com

Orlando Pickup Not For Faint of Heart
Orlando pickup difficult for driver and causes confusion because driver suggested pick up area not allowed by airport. After driver told to return to authorized Terminal C pickup area, waiting for driver to arrive is difficult since driver has difficult finding passenger in crowd and cannot park as security keeps cars moving. It’s a mess.

Reliable, affordable- definitely will use again
Wilson texted the night before, met us timely in a great spot and dropped the group in 2 different terminals. Could not have asked for more!

I booked a Premium SUV and paid extra…
I booked a Premium SUV and paid extra money for it and with a picture of a Tahoe when it was booked only to be picked up by a Toyota HRV which is absolutely not a "Premium SUV". Steer clear of this company, bait and switch.

Regarding your recent reservation, we can confirm that it was indeed made for a Premium SUV option. However, as previously discussed over the phone, we did not receive details about the number of passengers and the amount of luggage, which are critical to ensuring the correct vehicle is assigned. Additionally, we sent a confirmation email containing the driver's contact information and the details of the vehicle being used, which could have been reviewed prior to the designated pickup time. We would also like to note that we did not receive a flight number for your booking. This information is important as it allows us to monitor and manage reservations more efficiently. Lastly, the driver assigned to your reservation waited at the airport for 1 hour and 30 minutes, as per the standard procedure. We understand the importance of timely and comfortable service, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our processes.
