The communication with this company is absolutely top notch. Questions prebooking were answered incredibly fast. Day of transport were equally great. I was contacted preflight and upon arrival. My driver Rafael was the best I've had. The ease of pick up from baggage claim on has made them my go to if I'm ever back.

Reservation process and follow up were great. Orlando my driver was courteous. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Ride from airport to cruise port was uneventful which was good. They met my expectation including a bottle of water. Did receive a text a day later requesting tolls payment or loss of license but I think that was a scam. Forwarded pic of text to verify but haven't heard back from GFP.

It was very easy to make my reservation on line. When I tried to reach out to the customer service to correct an error that occurred in my booking(error was on my part) as well as couple of questions I had, they very quick to respond and very helpful.
