Well, the most important thing is the driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We were five people and seven bags and they couldn’t find our reservation and then realized it’s because he dropped us off at the wrong place despite of me putting in the right hotel when I booked, and when we got in the car, I confirmed he was taking us to the right hotel. In addition to that, it was hot as hell in the car and I asked him to turn down the air assumed he didn’t hear me and my husband asked, and we realized he had earbuds in so we sat in the car sweating. 1000% would not recommend this service. Luckily the amazing hotel they dropped us off at arranged for transportation loaded the bags for us, but we are going to miss our dinner reservations. After I let them know they did offer to have the driver come back but we were already there for 15-20 minutes before and we realized we were in the wrong hotel so I wasn’t gonna wait another 15-20 minutes to get back in a hot, smelly car.

Driver texted with information as we landed, was on time, was just perfect in every way. Service was so good that I booked another driver for our return trip. Would definitely use every time we are in the area!!

The ride went as planned and was uneventful. Scheduling was easy, excellent communication initiated by the driver. Vehicle was clean. Driver was courtesy and drove safely.

Fast pass kept us well aware of status. They notified us of any changes in driver. On the pick up day, the driver sent me a text to let me know her name and that she would be waiting for us. When we got to airport, I had a text letting me know that she was there and would meet us at baggage claim. She was fast and efficient. Her car was immaculate. I was a little nervous, but they did an awesome job

My driver was prompt, professional and supportive. I requested a time change and he honored it. I was very happy with the courteous service. We highly recommend, and will book again, traveling to Orlando.
