We booked a ride to and from the cruise port. The service was easy to book. Our driver to the port, Bruno, was extremely professional and stayed in constant communication with us. His vehicle was very nice and he offered us music of our choice. The ride after our cruise wasn’t quite as nice. Bruno’s vehicle got caught up in traffic so they send another driver. His vehicle wasn’t near as nice as Bruno’s. The interior was dirty and in disrepair. There were two car seats that took up space. The van squeaked a lot going down the road. And the exterior was aged & faded. Overall, not a bad experience. I just felt the second ride didn’t equal the first and lowered my satisfaction. The price was what I expected for the convenience. And I would probably book again. But I sure hope we get Bruno and his vehicle next time.

Extremely easy to navigate the page! I used the chat feature for a question during my booking and it was answered right away. I also asked for a promo code and they delivered! Will do business again.
