Caio is an extremely polite and professional driver. He engaged with my family during our commute and made us feel comfortable. He is an asset to your company so much so that I would refer him as a driver to my loved ones if ever they would need to book with this company.

I had my son picked up and taken to the Airport. The same driver took him from Melbourne, FL to the Orlando Airport over a few months. Great experience. Car was clean, good trip, nice man.

Our driver Bruno was fantastic
Our driver Bruno was fantastic, our flight was delayed over 5 hours & I was anxious about having transportation to Port Canaveral. When we landed in Orlando I had received a text message with all the instructions on how to meet our driver. Very efficient & personable, I would highly recommend this company.

Great service.
Claudio was punctual to pick us up. He contacted us the day before and I updated him about our landing late. The van was very comfortable and the small trailer held all of out 8 pieces of luggage, 2 strollers, 3 car seats and 4 carry on pieces of luggage. Just a very easy and positive experience.

Our driver
Our driver, Rommel, was punctual, professional and friendly. We booked transportation from our hotel to the port and then from the port to our hotel. It was easy to communicate with the driver before he got the the hotel and the port for pick up. We would definitely recommend using Fast Pass and will use them again if we ever find ourselves back in Miami.

This was my second trip using FastPass drivers. Both times it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our driver Calo was very personable and communicated with me to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived. He was an excellent driver and truly made our 1 hour drive a pleasant experience. Very happy with FastPass and I will definitely use them again.
