I've purchased a lot of appliances from this firm. They offer consistently low prices and excellent delivery options. Shipping was quite quick. The order arrived earlier than expected.

I was given an ETA on my Miele dishwasher as well as being told that the people who came to install would disconnect my current dishwasher. I am SO happy!!!

We ordered a frigidaire column refrigerator/ freezer in October 2020...still don't have it. They tell me (since February 17th when I received an email saying my order shipped) that it's allocated to me and ready to ship, but can't seem to get it on any of the trucks that deliver twice a week! I call 2-3 times a week to get an update but just get the run around, "promises" or "I'm so sorry, here, I fixed it" but nothing happens!!

Fast service and good communication

After 17 months of waiting for an oven/microwave combination, we decided to finally cancel our order which had been paid in full ( according to them, so we could get the maximum discount). When I called to cancel, after several failed attempts to get through, someone from "Appliance Connection" called. She said we had not yet paid for the item. Having read of shady practices by this company, I had my credit card statement in my hand, that said otherwise. The agent insisted that it was only a pending charge I had had enough. I said I'd call my bank with a fraud complaint. She suddenly said, "I'll be right back." Upon returning, she said, "Oh, my mistake - you have paid in full." She claimed I'd be getting a full refund. We'll see.

We had some confusion with a delayed delivery. Department manager Nimo was very helpful in helping me set up a return.

Customer service was simple and quick to respond. This company has sold me a number of appliances. They always have a great price and excellent delivery options.

Had exactly the dishwasher I needed available when everywhere else was back ordered and out of stock. Fast shipping. Order was received sooner than expected.
