Ordered a box for my wife for Mother’s Day and there was a sharp piece of plastic in one of the chocolate pieces that poked her in the mouth. Luckily one of my kids didn’t get that piece as she was sharing it with our toddlers. She couldn’t enjoy the rest because she was afraid of more plastic pieces in the candy. Will never buy from Godiva again.

Ordered a Easter hamper + 2 Gold Eggs, only received the 2 Gold Eggs as the rest was not delivered. Have repeatedly emailed Godiva customer service to resolve this issue before Easter Sunday, as there is no other way to contact them. Have received no response. Clearly Godiva is about to go bankrupt!!!! and has taken to stealing it's loyal customers money in order that it's owners can still live the lifestyle that they have become accustomed to.

I've ordered boxes of chocolate through the website for Godiva, and until this last time I have been pleased. This time around the prompts locked up and wouldn't place the order. When I tried a live chat, it seemed it was with a computer that kept asking the same questions. I won't try to order through Godiva again. The experience took way too long and never did resolve the problem. There are other good chocolates much easier to purchase.

Placed order in December. Received a delivery date but no items sent to courier. Numerous phone calls but no pick up. Numerous messages sent via email- no response.No information from Godiva. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

Failed to deliver chocolates on time for Valentines despite guarantee to do so. No response from customer service other than to blame others. There are simply too many local options available that I will turn to in the future, and will recommend others to do the same. Their ludicrous prices and poor customer service should not be supported.

Appalling performance and customer service! Placed order 05/02 for next day delivery - still not been delivered (15/02) - contacted Customer Services twice - not interested. Have requested refund but no response so have put them on 7 days notice. I will never buy their products again.

Save your time, money, and trouble... ordered chocolate on Feb 10th overnight was supposed to come in on the 12th. Get a notice it won't be in untill the 15th. Okay the stinks ,just give me my money back. No such luck,customer service said I have to wait untill it gets delivered, and I have to write a note for ups to return to sender. And when they get it back,they will refund. Read the reviews,horrible customer service,never again

Order 3 large chocolate boxes on 2/8/21 for Valentine’s Day. Tracking shows items shipped 3 days later on the 11th and tracking shows they won’t arrive until the 15th. I’ve called the customer service number twice, the first time I was hung up on and the second - I asked for a manager, but only got to speak to a rep, they offered me 15% off. I don’t want chocolates if they aren’t actually given to my loved ones on the 14th. They said for me to refuse package but if UPS ships item, it’s considered delivered and I’m unable to refuse ( I called UPS and asked them) I work during the day and won’t be home. If you can’t ship valentines chocolates on time, then don’t offer them to be shipped by Valentine’s Day.
